I'm thrilled to finally share my photo of Hudson Taylor of Athlete Ally on the cover of the 3rd Annual Sports Issue of The Washington Blade.

I have known Hudson for about two years now through my work with him in Athlete Ally and his partnerships with my other client OUT Leadership. He is always a pleasure to work with.

I find his philosophies inspiring as he strives to make a better sports community with inclusion and LBGT equality.

"Despite the staggering progress made in recent years, on the road to LGBT equality we are still forging new paths, and not yet arrived at our ultimate destination...Unfortunately, as we begin to assess where our sports culture falls on the continuum of respect, inclusion and equality, it is clear that athletics continues to be one of the last bastions of homophobia, transphobia, and heterosexism," says Hudson in his recent article on the Washington Blade.
